High demand for Mawson Green’s Nottage Release

DEMAND for new land is on the rise at the Mawson Green master planned community at Meadows, with the latest Nottage Release now 40 per cent sold out and construction on the release underway.
The Nottage Release is the fourth stage at Mawson Green and comprises 19 allotments. Two larger allotments of more than 1,300sqm were some of the first properties to be snapped up by buyers.
Due to the strong demand, Stage 5 will be brought to market later this year.

Land prices in the Nottage Release start from $182,500 with lots ranging from 800 sqm to 1,341sqm.
Located just 45 minutes from Adelaide, Mawson Green is a 30-hectare community that will feature 200 homes upon completion and cater to 600 residents.
Approximately six hectares of Mawson Green will be retained as public open space, with a path network continuing to be built along the creek and wetlands.
